Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and MONOQ LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States, operating under the MONOQ brand (“MONOQ”, “we”, “us”). They govern our website, accounts, AI creation tools, Credits, downloads, community features, and custom physical products.

By creating an account or using a paid service, you accept the version presented at that time. The Privacy Policy is acknowledged separately.

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live. If local law allows minors to use the service with a parent or guardian, that adult must review and accept these Terms and supervise use.

Provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

You retain rights in material you upload. You represent that you own it or have all permissions needed to upload, transform, print, and share it. You grant MONOQ a limited worldwide license to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit it only to operate, secure, support, and fulfill your requested services.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, privacy-invasive, exploitative, or unsafe material. See the AI Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines.

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review it before relying on, publishing, or printing it. We do not promise that output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or available for commercial use.

Unless a separate written license says otherwise, MONOQ grants you a non-exclusive, personal, non-commercial license to use delivered output, subject to third-party rights and law.

Credits are limited service entitlements, not money, securities, deposits, stored value, or property. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold. Purchased Credits do not expire while the account and service remain available, unless law requires otherwise.

A Credit is normally committed when paid generation starts. A verified technical failure before usable output is delivered will release or restore it.

Prices, currency, taxes, shipping, and processor details are displayed before payment. Digital Credits may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; physical orders may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider.

Contact us before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to suspension, reversal of associated Credits, and a negative balance where lawful.

Custom goods are made from the proof you approve. After payment, production begins only after customer proof approval and MONOQ administrative review. Approval covers artwork, crop, placement, orientation, product, size, quantity, color-variation notice, and shipping details.

Normal screen-to-print and material variations are not defects. Personalized goods generally cannot be returned for change of mind; verified defects, wrong items, damage, or covered loss are handled under our policies.

MONOQ and its licensors own the service software, interface, trademarks, curation, and original platform materials. Rights holders may submit notices under the Content & IP Complaint Policy. We may restrict disputed material and suspend repeat infringers.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, address payment risk, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal. Material changes will be presented with a new version.

The service is provided “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties but do not exclude guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising in the previous twelve months is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid MONOQ in that period. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
