① AI 生成内容的版权归属（Termly 默认不覆盖）：
Ownership of AI-generated content. You retain all rights to pet photos you upload to MONOQ. Artworks generated from your photos by our AI (via Google Gemini) are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. MONOQ retains a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your artworks in anonymized form in our public gallery or marketing materials, unless you opt out in your account settings. We do not claim copyright on AI-generated output.
② Credits 使用规则：
Credits. Credits are virtual tokens used to pay for AI art generation. One (1) credit = one (1) generation attempt. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable once used, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits do not expire, but your balance may be zeroed if your account is inactive for more than twenty-four (24) months.
③ 第三方支付免责：
Payment processors. All credit purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. All physical product purchases are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the respective payment processor.
