Payment card details are collected by the payment processor, not stored directly by MONOQ.

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide AI generation and downloads; process payments, proofs, production and delivery; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; comply with legal duties; and improve reliability. Uploaded images, selected styles, prompts, and instructions are transmitted to configured model providers, currently including Google AI services, to produce requested output and diagnose failures. We may disclose minimum necessary information to Firebase/Google Cloud (authentication, database, storage and AI), Vercel (hosting), Lemon Squeezy and Stripe (payments), Printful or another disclosed manufacturer/carrier (production and shipping), and professional security, analytics, support, accounting, or legal providers.
