This process helps rights holders and users report and respond to disputed content.

1. What you may report

You may report copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, impersonation, or other unlawful content. Send notices to [IP COMPLAINT EMAIL]. A US DMCA agent, if applicable, is [TO BE APPOINTED AND REGISTERED].

2. Required notice information

Identify the right or protected interest, the exact MONOQ URL or item, your contact details, the requested action, and a good-faith explanation. Copyright notices should include authority, accuracy, and signature statements required by applicable law.

3. Review and action

We may request more information, restrict access during review, notify the affected user, preserve records, or decline incomplete or abusive notices. Removal is not an admission of liability. Repeat infringers may be suspended.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was restricted by mistake, send a counter-notice identifying the material, explaining the mistake or authorization, providing contact information, and including any legally required consent-to-jurisdiction and signature statements. We may forward it to the complainant.

5. Misrepresentation

Knowingly false complaints or counter-notices may create legal liability. This process is not legal advice; consider consulting qualified counsel.
