Only upload material you own or are authorized to use. For identifiable people, you must have valid consent for AI transformation, publication, and printing. Do not impersonate another person or falsely suggest endorsement.

Do not create or upload illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, graphically violent, privacy-invasive, malware-related, fraudulent, or dangerous content, or instructions that facilitate wrongdoing.

Never submit sexual, exploitative, humiliating, or privacy-invasive material involving minors. Do not use the service for high-impact decisions, biometric identification, intimate imagery, or misleading political/public-figure depictions.

We may use automated and human review, block requests, remove material, preserve evidence required by law, restrict accounts, and report imminent threats or unlawful conduct. You may appeal at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

You must review generated output before sharing or printing it and remain responsible for lawful use. A successful generation does not mean MONOQ has cleared intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or consumer-law rights.
