— Physical print-on-demand products（帆布、海报、T 恤等）
Digital product return window: 7 days from purchase, only if credits are unused
Physical product return window: 14 days from delivery, item must be unused / in original condition
Who pays return shipping? 客户承担（standard e-commerce practice）
Non-returnable items: 已使用的 credits、已印刷的 custom 产品（除非产品瑕疵）
